🔄 Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges unless Mauka MD made a mistake with your order.

If you receive an incorrect item or merchandise significantly different from its description, please use the Contact link above so we can review the issue.

All return requests require approval before merchandise is sent back. We do not accept returns due to changes of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preferences.

Original tags must remain attached for eligible returns, except where required by law.

All tools, electronics, equipment, appliances, and other applicable merchandise are sold AS IS, in their described condition.

Items may show signs of wear, cosmetic imperfections, or previous use. Functionality and testing status will be disclosed when known.

Clothing may be listed as New With Tags (NWT), New Without Tags (NWOT), or Gently Used.

🌴 FREE Local Pickup — Pukalani, Maui

We offer 100% FREE local pickup in Pukalani, Maui!

To use free local pickup, add your desired items to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Select Local Pickup as your delivery option and complete your purchase. After placing your order, please contact us to arrange a convenient pickup time and location in Pukalani.

Buyer Inspection Required: Buyers are responsible for inspecting their merchandise before accepting it at pickup. Once an item has been inspected and accepted, the sale is final, except where required by law.

🚗 Maui Delivery — Central, South & West Maui

We offer local drop-off service to Central Maui, South Maui, and West Maui for purchases over $100.

Delivery is available by prior arrangement, and times and locations must be coordinated with Mauka MD. Please contact us before purchasing to confirm availability.

FREE Pukalani pickup is always available regardless of purchase amount.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Combined Shipping: We offer combined shipping for eligible orders with a total package weight of up to 3 lbs. Purchasing multiple items together may help reduce shipping costs compared with shipping each item separately.
